Our exploration never stops. We list the issues and weaknesses of the previous product, design and test solutions in-house, and build the fixes into production. This method is only possible because we make small batches by hand.

About HALLOWEEN SEALANT
HALLOWEEN SEALANT is a seasonal limited edition of OVER COAT SEALANT 6.1. It uses the same raw materials and the same hybrid film as 6.1, with two changes: increased carnauba and a caramel fragrance. The wax also has a new orange-and-black color scheme to match the season.

The 6.1 formula was revised 29 times on real cars and test panels with several paint colors, to build a thicker film while reducing the haze that can occur during application. This is the balance we settled on, and HALLOWEEN SEALANT carries it over unchanged.

What’s different from 6.1

• Increased carnauba: We raised the carnauba content for this limited release.
• Caramel fragrance: A sweet caramel scent replaces the fragrance of 6.1.
• Halloween color scheme: Orange and black, for a limited-edition look.

What carries over from 6.1

1. Modified fluorinated polysilazane
   This next-generation inorganic material is highly reactive and offers water and oil repellency, surface slickness and easy wipe-off of dirt. We have confirmed that it improves durability, and it tends to increase gloss.
2. Part of the formula from 2nd Generation RAIZIN
   Added to give a better water-repellent film, reduce white haze on some paint colors, and make the texture slightly firmer. Our experience combining ceramic-type inorganic materials with organic materials such as carnauba and oils makes this inorganic-plus-organic hybrid film possible.
3. Carbon nanotubes
   A high-quality, uniform material that disperses well, with a fundamentally changed surfactant and adjusted additives. It is combined with an anti-static additive.
4. Low-temperature manufacturing
   The temperature is adjusted for each material’s melting point, with quality as the priority. It takes longer than a standard process and is made by hand in small batches.
5. Texture that changes with how you apply it
   The newly developed applicator allows a thinner, smoother application, tends to bring out more gloss, and greatly reduces the risk of haze. The final texture also changes with the microfiber towel you use and how long you wait before wiping, so you can find the finish you like best.

• We recommend maintaining with OVER COAT LIQUID 6.1 after application. It bonds well.
• We recommend KMKZ QUICK DETAILER 3.0 for maintenance after washing.
• KMKZ ACID SHAMPOO is well suited to washing that includes light stain removal.
• The film is acid-resistant and can be maintained with WATER SPOT REMOVER.
• The film holds up to alkaline detergents as long as you don’t scrub hard during a contact wash.
• One DETAILING COSMETIC APPLICATOR (3-pack) is included.
