Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 12PM JST (Japanese Standard Time). Orders placed Friday after 2PM JST will be shipped the next business day. All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, and are typically delivered within 2-21 business days from the date that it is shipped. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $35 or 10% of total due amount (whichever the higher price will apply) restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
