SEALANT's 6.1 Answer
It's all for the sake of Kaizen.
Our exploration never stops.
We list the issues and weaknesses that arose in the previous product,
design and verify solutions in-house,
and implement countermeasures as we produce.
This method is unique to our small-batch, handmade production.
Development of this product began in December.
This update took approximately six months.
The design, which is similar to carat glass and has a dazzling luster,
makes this glass jar one of a kind, both domestically and internationally.
Kaizen from 6.0
First, we fundamentally revised the component ratio 29 times to achieve a thick film while suppressing the haze that occurs during application.
This was done on actual vehicles and test panels, using several paints.
We then discovered the golden ratio.
And then, we added borophene.
Borophene improves durability and smoothness.
The scent has also been changed to a richer fragrance paying homage to CREED. 1. Contains Modified Fluorine Polysilazane
As a next-generation inorganic material,
Modified Fluorine Polysilazane (perfluoropolyether-modified polysilazane) is the most expensive additive and fluorine material for body coatings, and is one of the materials developed in Japan.
It is highly reactive and has excellent water and oil repellency, surface slip resistance, and dirt wipeability.
We have already successfully blended modified fluorine polysilazane into products such as Gen'en and HBS BROTHER.
This knowledge has been utilized in this latest improvement.
We have confirmed that adding modified fluorine polysilazane improves durability.
At the same time, it tends to enhance gloss.
2. Contains some ingredients from Second-Generation RAIZIN
To provide a water-repellent film or water-repellent base that exceeds the previous model,
to eliminate the white haze that occurs with some paint colors,
and to create a slightly harder texture.
By adding the highly popular Second-Generation RAIZIN,
we have achieved an evolution worthy of being called 6.0.
Ceramic inorganic materials and organic materials such as carnauba and oil.
Infinity Wax has ample experience combining these materials,
which allowed us to achieve this by changing our conventional production methods.
Infinity Wax is a stain-resistant, long-lasting product.
In other words, SEALANT 6.0 is being released as the latest, improved version of our inorganic/organic hybrid coating.
3. Incorporated with Carbon Nanotubes
Carbon nanotubes, invented by Japanese scientists as a next-generation nanomaterial, are being developed in various fields, including semiconductors.
We began developing a functional coating incorporating carbon nanotubes a year ago,
and discovered a high-quality, uniform, and highly dispersible material, as well as carbon nanotubes that can be dispersed in our current product.
In response, we fundamentally changed the surfactant and repeatedly increased or decreased the amount of various additives, and were able to confirm the product's sufficient functionality as a carbon nanotube product.
The combination of anti-static additives and carbon nanotubes is a unique Japanese technology that combines coating properties with a noticeable improvement in driving performance.
The wind generated when a car is moving, known as aerodynamics, generates static electricity on painted surfaces, glass, tires, and unpainted resins, creating a lot of resistance.
Eliminating static electricity and improving aerodynamic characteristics improves drivability in all aspects.
The most noticeable improvements are the free-wheeling feel when off the accelerator, stability when cornering, and straight-line stability.
Furthermore, by suppressing turbulence caused by static electricity, quietness is improved.
Rectification correction is now becoming standard in the racing world.
These functional surface coating technologies are "Made in Japan," and the KAMIKAZE COLLECTION is a product that has been commercialized with a high level of texture.

4. Low-Temperature Manufacturing Method
This new initiative is produced using a quality-first manufacturing method, which involves melting materials more efficiently than before and changing temperatures for different melting points.
However, the difference in texture due to the change in production method is clear.
This process takes four times longer than conventional manufacturing methods, and because it's handmade, we only produce 300-400 units per month.
5. Texture Changes Depending on Application Method
A new applicator was developed in conjunction with this development.
This allows for a thinner, smoother application.
It tends to produce a stronger gloss, significantly reducing the risk of haze and other issues during application.
The texture also changes significantly depending on the microfiber used, depending on how long the product is left on after application.
